As we know that protein is muscle building nutrient.It is very essential for our body.
Mainly 3 category of protein are in supplements in which 2 are very common like isolate and concentrate.

Maximum people takes isolate protein for muscle building and avoid other categories like concentrate or blend. 
  The myth between isolate and concentrate are people think that isolate is fast digesting protein and concentrate is slow digesting protein, but this is the biggest misconception of people.

 Actually The quality of protein depends on the farm,
the blood line of cattle, from which farm's milk they are using etc.

Isolate protein should be taken by those who are doing business from their bodies like professional body builders, actors ,models etc. In simple language isolate protein should be taken by those who wants to maintain a physique to a specific body fat percentage.

But for a regular gym goer, a common man, a student who are doing workout only because of simple fitness instead of having any goal.These guys should not take isolate protein.

The biggest misconception created by people that isolate is a fast digesting and concentrate is slow digesting protein.

According to my opinion a normal gym goer should not invest on isolate protein. they can easily build muscle through any concentrate or blend protein.

The common difference between them are only timing of digestion and a little amount of carbs and fats otherwise it's almost same.
